Sean just left my house... wow.... unbelievable service!!! He added three more termite stations, looked at a dead tree and highly recommended I have it removed immediately as its already a termite danger and then, to top everything off, Sean moved one of my stations because it was not aesthetically pleasing in that I'd laid some pavers near the front door and it looked kind of funky there. Sean took one look at that and said oh, no, that won't do...I'm moving this...and then he filled in the area with additional bricks I had. I LOVE this company and this technician. Really I don't know where to begin! Intially I was using another pest control company. They were kind (when I could reach them), but not very responsive. When I needed someone to come back out to spray, the tech would not call me as the office said that he would. I would leave a message and no one would call me back. My attempts to schedule a return visit were brushed off. Then entered Prohealth. I contacted them, received great customer service, everything was thoroughly explained to me and after thinking about it for some time I called back and scheduled my initial appointment. A few days before my appointment, I received a follow up call to confirm. The payment process is simple, and the staff are flexible. The day of my appointment, I couldn't make it home in time so I called to cancel. The staff were very understanding and helpful in assisting me with rescheduling. What I have liked the most about Prohealth is the exceptional customer service, the consideration of me as a customer, the above and beyond stellar service, how accomdating everyone is from the staff, especially Jennifer, to my tech Shawn. The icing on the cake is the products are organic! I've only had one company prior to Prohealth so I am looking forward to having a switch in products that are used in and around my home. So far, I am very happy with my decision to leave the other company and use Prohealth for preventative pest control. I cannot thank you all enough at Prohealth.

What a great company! Not only do the products work, but my technician, Sean McDonough, is the best. Professional, efficient and knowledgeable. And, when I had a problem crop up ( couple of roaches in the house), the company was quick to send Sean out and remedy the problem. Sean also helped me identify where they were coming in and guided me through what needed to be done to prevent future 'visits' from them. Very pleased with ProHealh!

He not only took care of my pest control needs, he brought in my trash cans and fixed a downspout that had fallen off the gutter. I wasn't home when he came so he followed up with a phone call. I love how they use safer and more eco-friendly pest control products as this is ideal but typically hard to find with pest control companies.
