I highly recommend Prohealth Pest Control. The company has a clear focus on quality customer service - and the two employees who assisted me hit home runs on that front. The woman I spoke with when I called to schedule the service was helpful, cheerful, responded clearly to my questions and didn't rush me along! I called midweek and was able to get an appointment on Saturday - just a few days later! Kevin who came to my house on Saturday clearly explained the services and the initial and quarterly treatment services and then accommodated my schedule by returning on Sunday to apply the initial treatment. And the product used is safe for people, pets and the environment. I'm extremely glad I'm using Prohealth Pest Control!

This review is weeks late, but let that be a testament to the lasting impression Sean (and Prohealth Pest Control's) service left on me. Sean broke through my ignorance and disinterest in pest control (as long as pests are gone, I don't care) with humor. He was informative, thorough, and inspired me to care just as much as he does about the whys, whens, and how my home may get susceptible to things that relegate need for pest control service. I think what sets Prohealth apart from other pest control companies is that they are pro-relationship. They are attentive to customer needs (almost in spite of the customer! - I really did not want to be bothered on either day my husband scheduled Chris and Sean to come out, but both were so personable and knowledgeable that I couldn't help but feel good about random service people coming into my home). If you're looking for service you feel good about (such that you make sure to write a positive Google Review, even if your last service was weeks ago!), look no further. We have an annual service contract set up with pro health pest control and it has been well worth it! I was continually seeing cockroaches sneaking into my home after moving in. Sean came out and did a full inspection of the exterior and interior areas of my home to find potential entry points, giving recommendations and spraying where necessary. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He came last week and I haven’t seen a bug since!!! Also love that they use organic products, makes me feel a lot more safe :)

ProHealth is awesome! They are the only company in the area that I found that focuses on safe and natural products. Being an Organic certified facility, we require extra care and attention to use only approved products and only in certain areas. Our technician Sean has been very patient and accommodating to our needs and I'm so thankful for the relationship that we've built throughout the years. My technician Sean always goes above and beyond. The whole company is very knowledgeable and communicates extremely well. While I'm away at work, Sean will send me text messages and photos of problem areas and things I can do to help prevent future issues. On top of that he's put Amazon packages in safer places for me and he's always mindful of closing gates and cleans up as he goes. The last service I received from Sean he also cleaned the backboard of my basketball hoop as he was walking around doing his inspection.
