I recently signed up for annual pest maintenance after receiving estimates from 2 companies. From the initial phone call to schedule a home inspection/estimate, to the inspection by Chris and to the initial service by Chris, the company was friendly, professional and responsive. I recently had a follow-up with Sean and enjoyed meeting him. Sean was also professional, timely and personable. Our home had no issues other than an occasional bug, but as a preventative measure, we wanted annual service and since the treatment, we have had a bug free home. Sean IS THE PRODUCT...his customer service is above anyone’s expectations. He showed up on time, ready to work (safely wearing his protective gear), he was informative, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am SO happy with the service we received from ProHealth. Sean the technician is amazing! He was on time- called me when he was on his way. Was nice to my barking pups and he spent over 1.5 hours at my house showing me where my issues were and taking the time to listen to me as I showed him my problem areas.
